
Hi I’m Erica,
I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 10 years old. I know first hand how hard it can be to navigate this world with ADHD. The lifelines that got me through were the people in my life who focused on what I was really good at, who saw me for so much more than my ADHD and who helped create environments where my strengths could shine. I want to be the person who sees the light people with ADHD have inside and help them to build lives that honour who they are instead of ones who try to crush them.
In true ADHD fashion I have tried my hand at a plethora of jobs, education and trainings. I am a certified CAN (Centre for Applied Neuroscience) coach, a trained meditation instructor, a black belt and a former martial arts instructor, and registered massage therapist. I also studied and earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from Western University. Although, it may seem like I have studied many different topics, I believe they all come together to inform my knowledge and continued study of the full human being (the mind, body and spirit). By studying my whole self- my body (massage, kinesiology) , my mind (coaching/ meditation), and my soul (meditation, martial arts, tai chi etc.) I have been on a journey of gaining compassion and strong self-awareness.
